A five piece, bluegrass band will be playing in the corner of the dining room on Friday night! It's kind of an experiment for us. Things shouldn't be much different, really. Okay, maybe a little livelier. They have a great sound and, as it turns out, our space is just right for acoustic music. Please call ahead for a reservation and come along for a lovely Friday evening of vittles and tunes.

Diane and Magnolia Bread Company are the subject of Meredith Ford Goldman's latest write-up in the AJC. It is such well deserved recognition. Diane works hard and bakes beautiful bread. Chances are, if you enjoyed bread at Dynamic Dish, it was from Magnolia.

The tasting on Wednesday evening was a great success! With the back garden open and the spring breezes at play, the event had a relaxed and inviting feel to it. David did a tasting of edible flowers and Georgia strawberries. Allison (Antico Mercante) came with some gorgeous cheeses including a fabulous blue goat cheese. Diane (Magnolia Bread) brought a few kinds of her artisanal, organic bread, the flaxseed bread and the seasonal tomato ciabatta were standouts. Hardy (Dirty South Wine) and Nick of Avant Partir were there, sharing their passion for tasty wines. Particular favorites were the Chardonnay and the Mencia. All of this inspires, informs and complements the fare at Dynamic Dish. Also, makes for a great picnic.
