stream
Okay. So, Dynamic Dish does have a Twitter stream now, where the lunch menu will be posted on weekdays! (You can see it on this very page, to the right, scroll down a little.) The fleeting and informal nature of Twitter may just suit us this way. Do take it all with a grain of salt.
here
Folks do sometimes have a hard time finding us.
Here is what we look like from the outside.
Come on in.
dinner, in a nutshell
We serve dinner from six to ten, three nights a week - Thursday, Friday and Saturday (which is Organic Pizza Night.) The menu is about the same size as at lunch, usually with a soup, one or two salads and a few other meal-sized dishes. The atmosphere is friendly and casual. Diners bring their own wine and sit at big, shared tables. Being small, of course, we fill up easily so, please do make a reservation if you're joining us for dinner.

Here's a nifty video of the workings at Dynamic Dish. Comcast shot the piece for the local, lifestyle section of On Demand.

We love it when the farmers visit (and we love visiting the farmers.) They, in turn seem to appreciate what we do with their vegetables. We're so lucky to have these urban farmers close to us. The relationship is really such that, by our respective labors, we maximize each others efforts. Fantastic!

glow
We will be closed from December 25th through January 1st.
So, we're open for lunch on Christmas Eve and we'll be serving lunch and dinner on January 2nd.
There's a lot to look forward to in the New Year.
(There is a Sunday Supper idea on the burner that you'll definitely want to hear about.)

These days, we have a seasonal glow about the place. Come help us celebrate.
It's been an amazing year, with so much exchange of positive energy.
Truly, we are thankful.
David often comments that we are so lucky to be where we are, here in the southeastern United States. The produce is bountiful and lush. We have cause to celebrate it.
Right now, just under .03% of farming in Georgia is organic. Wow. So, the scope for this natural, mindful approach to food (its growing, harvesting, preparing and eating) is still very small in this neck of the woods. There are so many complex issues surrounding this. And change is hard. Certification, itself, is a costly endeavor for the small, organic farmer. Their work requires a level of passion and commitment that absolutely shines through in the product. Likewise, we believe that the love and care we take preparing and serving the food shines through to you.
Come see for yourself.

a word about the menu
People always ask, Will you have the daily menu up on the website, so I can check it before I come in? The answer is, Heck, no! that would be cheating. Not for the moment, at least. David feels very strongly that the style of the restaurant should be informal, friendly and flexible. Walking through the door at Dynamic Dish is part of the experience. Hopefully, you'll find a relaxed environment, where the freshest local (with a little global!) food is prepared with great care. If you peruse the menus that are posted here (at the end of some days) you'll get an idea for the kind of food we do.
Might as well add that, because of the small scale on which we operate, we may run out items on the menu. We appreciate your understanding.
