chocolate cake

Maeda Brown's Organic Chocolate Cake is an enduring favorite at Dynamic Dish.
You can now order a whole cake for $45.
Just call us at 404.688.4344, allowing 3 days notice.
(And, remember, despite persistent rumors to the contrary, this cake is not vegan!)
Maeda and Greg, who are Greenleaf Organic Farms, got a really nice write up last week in the Barnsville newspaper. They do a great job at Greenleaf.
Go, Maeda and Greg!

weihnachtsstollen
Come try the Stollen, traditional German Christmas Cake from Bernhard's Bread Bakery.
The light perfume of Cardamom, Nutmeg and Cinnamon. Raisins and Almonds. Marzipan, Candied Orange and Lemon Peel. Maybe, Rum. The bread-like cake, not so sweet itself, but wrapped in a cloak of snowy powdered sugar.
This is a great gift.
Take it home and get a fire going. Eat it with a mug of steaming, hot brew and just enjoy the season.

stuffed
Nothing says holiday like cakes, cookies and chocolates. And, sure enough, the people have been snapping up Maeda's and Gail's desserts as fast as they can bake them. Don't forget about our Medjool Dates, stuffed with nuts and, optionally, dark chocolate. Their chewy sweetness packs loads of fiber, potassium, iron and other minerals and makes a satisfying finish to your meal. It's a yummy, naturally vegan dessert!

Gail has been expanding her repertoire lately, adding new cookies to our Sweets list. She has been tinkering with a vegan recipe and come up with a lovely Oatmeal, Walnut, Fresh Apple and Raisin. There's also a Spelt and Raspberry Jam Thumbprint (no wheat!) and a Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chunk. Rest assured, she's still doing her well-loved Chocolate Chunk, Almond and Coconut. They all join Maeda's Chocolate Cake (and Seasonal Breads) on the counter for a tempting spread.
